NoUVIR sells only aerospace grade pMMA solid "acrylic" optical fiber. This is the same material used to make jet fighter canopies. Made specifically to eliminate inclusions NoUVIR fiber's measured light loss is a tiny 0.7% per foot. Available in 3mm, 1mm and .25mm diameters.

NoUVIR fiber is simple to cut and easy to polish with simple hand tools. No planning everything to the inch. No loops of extra fiber. No hot knives to damage fiber (or you).
